Refund policy
If you are not entirely happy with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make things right.
If for any reason you do need to return/exchange an item, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt (30 days for international customers). Returns are subject to a postage fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us for a label.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons returns /exchanges are only accepted on pyjama sets and night dresses. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on underwear/sets that include underwear. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to start a return/exchange
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at contact@thegarmentlondon.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return/refund processing time
Returns and exchanges are processed within approximately 5 days of the item arriving to our facility.
Refunds may take up to an additional 7 business days after the refund is issued, depending on your bank.
