Shipping Policies:

  • Processing time is 1 business day on orders placed before 17:00 GMT. These will be dispatched the next working day.
  • We use Royal Mail delivery service for all orders. For international orders, Royal Mail work with relevant partnering delivery services once the item arrives in your country. Please ensure you provide correct email addresses at check-out so you can track your order. 
  • Orders are sent discreetly in plain packaging.
  • Please note: Working days don't include Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays.
  • Outside of the UK: Duties/Taxes are the customers responsibility. You will be notified prior to delivery with the amount and payment instructions. We are legally required to list the accurate value of your package on your label.
